Drivers in Pennsylvania soon will be able to get a gender-neutral driver's license, according to the state Department of Transportation. Motorists will be able to select an "X" instead of female or male.
The change is expected to come next year, said Erin Waters-Trasatt, a spokeswoman for PennDOT.
"Governor Wolf has been on the forefront of diversity and inclusion policies within state government services that we provide to Pennsylvania residents," she wrote.

Isn't "diversity and inclusion" an oxymoron? Pick one - we have a diverse population that, in this day & age, basically means "anything goes!" Inclusion should take us back to the days when we were taught in school that America is the melting pot - that was a good thing, and we were happy about it.

I liked the comment that one of my friends made in connection with this story: "If someone can't even figure out if they are a boy or a girl, do we really want them behind the wheel of a vehicle?"
