Ingredients:🥩 1 pound ground beef 🧅 1 large onion, diced 🌽 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained 🍅 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes 🍲 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed 🍲 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed 🌶️ 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies 🌮 1 packet taco seasoning 🍅 1 packet ranch dressing mix 🥫 4 cups beef broth 🧀 Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado, chopped green onions, cilantro Instructions:In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add diced onions to the skillet with the cooked beef. Sauté until onions are translucent. In a slow cooker, combine cooked beef and onions with corn, diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, diced green chilies, taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix, and beef broth. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Ladle the taco soup into bowls.
