Coleslaw with Healthy Homemade Dressing
Ingredients:
14 ounce bag coleslaw mix 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons heavy cream 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic in the jar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Add the coleslaw mix to a mixing bowl. 2. Mix the next 6 ingredients together with a fork in a smaller mixing bowl. 3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and stir to combine. 4. Chill the dressed coleslaw for 20 minutes prior to serving - the flavors blend deliciously! 5. Serve after chilling. Leftover slaw can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
