Tzatziki Sauce with Sour Cream
This version comes together quickly & easily.
Ingredients:
▢1 cup full fat sour cream
▢½ medium cucumber
▢½ teaspoon garlic powder
▢2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
▢1 tablespoon lemon juice
▢Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grate the cucumber well with the peel on, and then squeeze as much of the moisture out of it as possible. You can squeeze the cucumber in you clenched fist, or fold it in a paper towel and squeeze out the moisture.
2. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl, and stir well to combine.
3. Serve with freshly chopped keto-friendly vegetables or meat.
