The World Economic Forum is looking to reduce global reliance on critical metals as nations look to make the transition to renewable energy supplies, and one proposal is reducing ownership of private vehicles. "This transition from fossil fuels to renewables will need large supplies of critical metals such as cobalt, lithium, nickel, to name a few," the forum said in a report earlier this month. "Shortages of these critical minerals could raise the costs of clean energy technologies." "More sharing can reduce ownership of idle equipment and thus material usage," the group argued, pointing to statistics that show the average vehicle in England is driven "just 4% of the time." Vehicle sharing initiatives like "Getaround" and "BlueSG" have become increasingly popular around the world and are key in reducing the number of cars and electronics needed globally, the forum argued. Though it did not address how car sharing could be more effectively utilized in a nation like the U.S. where cars are heavily relied on and public transportation is lacking in both rural and urban communities. www.foxbusiness.com/economy/world-economic-forum-calls-reduce-private-vehicles-by-eliminating-ownership

It's unthinkable that Americans will voluntarily simply give up their cars. We don't fit the European cramped big city or small town model. And public transportation is seriously lacking.

The WEF has the future covered as there’s a plan to have everyone’s living areas to be within a 15 minute (?) walking (?) distance. Apartments are going up all around, as well as property taxes, destruction of the land, waters, air continues … And many more cameras have been put up while the lock down was in place …
Think about how easy it was re the plandemic to get people to comply and how many are looking for ways to get back to normal … and are willing to go along with anything
Like the frog in a slowly rising temperature of water to boiling … until it’s too late
Our only Hope is the Blessed Hope! Jesus soon return to call us up to meet Him in the clouds!
Praying

The WEF has the future covered as there’s a plan to have everyone’s living areas to be within a 15 minute (?) walking (?) distance. Apartments are going up all around ... Wow! I had no idea. Apartments aren't going up here - there's not a perceived need. A couple of low income projects were pitched for here on the eastside of town and they were flatly voted down. That was a relief because a lot of crime would have been included, if they owners could even have filled them up with people. There was also a senior citizens high rise project planned for the same area and it was not approved because it would have likely brought a lot of crime too. That was all planned to set diagonally across from the high school that's basically at the end of our subdivision. A Wal-Mart was planned for the Indian land across the street from the high school, but the developers couldn't get the land from the Indians, thank God! That whole plan - the 2 aparment complexes, the seniors citizens high rise, and the Wal-Mart, so close to the middle school & high school .... what a horror! But it would have all fit into the plan you described, Jeanette. Praying Jesus will return soon.
