Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon 16 ounces rotini pasta ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 cup Creamy Ranch Dressing 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes ½ cup diced red onion 1 red bell pepper cored, seeded and diced 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels and once cooled, crumble into small pieces. 2. Cook rotini pasta according to manufacturer's directions for 10 minutes. Drain and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, pour into a large bowl. 3. Whisk together the mayonnaise and Creamy Ranch Dressing in a medium bowl. 4. Into the large bowl with the pasta, pour the dressing mixture, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and red bell pepper. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 5. Add the cooked bacon and chopped Romaine lettuce and mix until completely combined. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
