Southwestern Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 minced Garlic Cloves (jarred works well)
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix together marinade ingredients.
Use with chicken or turkey. Let poultry set in the bag of marinade for 2 hours.
Note: If you don't have time to wait 2 hours, 30 min is good. And, if you're really pressed for time, the creator of this recipe, @spicygal, reports she has coated the chicken with the marinade and put it straight on the grill and it's all turned out well.
