Artichoke Tapenade - with Canned ArtichokesQuick, easy, and a great way to use canned artichokes if you don't have marinated artichokes in the jar! Ingredients:1 14-oz can of Artichoke Hearts (not marinated) 1 Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil Directions:1. Drain a can of artichoke hearts and chop them into small pieces. Exact size is not important, just not big pieces. Place the chopped artichokes into a bowl. 2. Cut the lemon in half, remove seeds, and squeeze both halves over the chopped artichokes. Watch for any falling seeds, in case you missed any. 3. Add a healthy amount of extra virgin olive oil to the artichokes & lemon juice. Stir gently to mix the ingredients together. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour. If you are storing this for longer than a meal the same day, cover the bowl with foil or plastic wrap. 4. Use this like a condiment, stirring it up gently and spooning onto baked fish, turkey cutlets, or whatever sounds tasty.
