V8 Chili
Ingredients:
2 lb lean ground beef (browned and drained) 1 64 oz bottle of low sodium V8 juice 3 15 oz cans of light red kidney beans (drained and rinsed) 1 24 oz jar of Tostitos chunky medium salsa Tabasco sauce and cracked black pepper to taste Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender.

I made a variant of this recipe today.
Instead of the three cans of light red kidney beans that the recipe calls for, I went with one can each of light red kidney beans, black beans, and white kidney beans.
I also added in one 15 oz can of whole kernel yellow corn.
