Separate 6 eggs. To the egg whites add 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
To the egg yolks add 1/4 cup of room temperature full fat cream cheese. Beat until fully incorporated.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. The key word here is gently. You don't want to deflate the egg whites.
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper dispense 1/2 cup portions of the egg mixture. With the back side of a spoon form into the shape of a bun. Bake at 300 degrees for 28 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
