Black Bean Avocado Salsa
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed 1 large seedless orange, peeled, sectioned & cut in 1/2 pieces (about 1 cup) 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped into bite-sized pieces (about 1 cup) 1/4 cup chopped red onion (yellow or white onion works fine too - chop to the size pieces you like) 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (can also use flat leaf parsley) 3 Tbsp orange juice 1 Tbsp Weber "Kickin' Chicken" seasoning mix (has just little bit of spiciness to it)
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
