Pink Salmon Fillets with Balsamic Vinegar Marinade
For every 12 oz of Pink Salmon Fillets, mix together:
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Chopped or Minced Garlic (can use the jarred version) 1 Tbsp Chopped Basil Salt & Pepper (or Mrs. Dash Original) to suit your tastes
Mix all ingredients. Double the amount if this isn't enough.
Marinate salmon for 2-3 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake salmon for 15-20 minutes, until fillets flake easily.
