Broiled Salmon - Easy and Addicting!Ingredients4(4-oz) salmon fillets 2 tbsp grainy brown mustard 2 cloves garlic, finely minced (use 1 tsp if using minced garlic in the jar) 1 tbsp thinly sliced shallots 1 tsp dried rosemary 1 tsp dried fennel 1/2 tsp dried basil Juice of 1/2 lemon Lemon slices, for serving Directions Heat broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a small bowl, mix together mustard, garlic, rosemary, and fennel. Sprinkle basil over the mixture (1/2 tsp+ as desired) and stir till mixed in. Add the lemon juice and stir again.
Spread mixture all over salmon fillets. Sprinkle on the sliced shallots. Broil, 7 to 8 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and serve. *Note: If the shallots are browning too fast, add the lemon slices evenly on the salmon. It really does turnout looking like the photo below:

This dish bakes nicely at 375 degrees in a pre-heated oven. Fillets will be cooked nicely in 20 minutes.
