Edward's Easy Pineapple Cake
Ingredients:
1 Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix 1 28-oz can Crushed Pineapple
Steps:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" X 13" Cake Pan.
2. Pour the cake mix into a large mixing bowl. Add in the can of crushed pineapple.
3. Mix with a blender until thoroughly mixed. Pour the mix into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. Top of cake should be golden brown and spring back when touched. Cool in the pan.
If you want, you can sprinkle confectioners sugar on the top of the cake, or make a glaze to drizzle across the top.
