As school starts back this fall, parents are enrolling students and filling out forms. Be careful what you sign.
In Putnam County, Indiana, Indianapolis parents received medical forms to require they inform the school if their child had been vaccinated for COVID-19. Further into the document, if signed, it gave the staff permission to "order injection" for the student among other provisions as the school deemed necessary in an "emergency" situation.
In Tulsa, Oklahoma, a teacher wrote, "I am a teacher for Tulsa Public Schools. Friday, they issued a decree for a mask mandate for all staff and students unless we can provide a medical exemption. It is illegal according to State Bill 658. However, they are now calling themselves a 'business' to try to get around the mask issue, but they don't fit the business requirements! Help!"
