Fudge Brownie PieIngredients 1 9-inch pie shell (homemade or store-bought) 1 23-ounce brownie mix (or homemade recipe) 1/2 cup water 1 egg Steps to Make It Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine brownie mix, water and egg and beat until smooth. Pour mixture into shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until puffed and brown. Cool. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
Note: I used a store-bought dark chocolate fudge brownie mix and it tasted rather bitter to us. I'm going to try it again with a regular brownie mix - not dark chocolate. It may be that if you use a dark chocolate mix, this needs a little added sugar.
