Ingredients:
10 cups Water
2 9.3 OZ Pouches of Bear Creek Minestrone Soup Mix 2 10 OZ cans of Rotel Chunky Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies 1 and 1/2 LB Lean Ground Beef 1 14 OZ package of Johnsonville Smoked Brats Cracked Black Pepper to Taste (Optional)
Directions:
1. Brown and drain ground beef - set aside 2. Cut Brats into 1\4 inch thick slices set aside
3. In large soup pot bring water to a boil 4. Wisk soup mix into boiling water 5. Add Beef, Brats, Rotel, and Black Pepper and stir thoroughly 6. When mixture returns to a boil reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally for 20 minutes
Serve with saltine crackers

I made another pot of this soup today, but this time I substituted a pound of Polish Kielbasa in place of the smoked brats. I think that it had an even better flavor that way.
