Biden Pledges to Gut Religious Freedom Protections, Saying They Give 'Hate' a 'Safe Harbor'pjmedia.com/election/tyler-o-neil/2020/10/30/biden-pledges-to-gut-religious-freedom-protections-saying-they-give-hate-a-safe-harbor-n1108379?fbclid=IwAR2ix3YzPPv_XsSAdnsIh8AuZ8aRMgIsjwne51Qz3ZJ-o2dvzanS2kWCuoAJoe Biden made no bones about it: If he wins the presidential election, he will gut religious freedom protections that allow faith-based homeless shelters, charities, and small business owners to act according to their consciences. Specifically, he will shove LGBT ideology down the throats of religious Americans in the name of fighting “discrimination.” On Wednesday, the Democratic nominee told Philadelphia Gay News that President Donald Trump has given “hate” a “safe harbor” by protecting religious freedom and enabling what Biden condemned as “discrimination.” He acted as though any desire to follow a traditional Christian, Jewish, or Muslim view of sexuality and gender must be rank “discrimination.” This falls in line with the radical pro-LGBT Equality Act, which Biden said he would pass in his first 100 days, should Democrats win the Senate and hold onto the House. There is much more to the article, and it's well worth the read.

With the 6 to 3 conservative majority on the Supreme court now, there is a reasonably good chance that any such law that passed would be struck down pretty quickly as soon as someone challenged it.
Even if Trump loses, the 100s of conservative judges that he has already appointed at all levels should be a real thorn in the side to Biden and other liberal leaders for some time to come.
That alone will not stop the liberal agenda from advancing, but it should at least slow it down for a while.
Of course, I'm still hoping for a "red wave" at all levels of government given the way that the Dems have so carelessly let their true corrupt faces show so blatantly these last 4 years.

I'm praying for the "red wave" at all levels of government right along with you, Mel.
Even tho' there's evidence of today's socialism in a few of our past Presidents, and definitely in the development of our country's industrialistic age, there was not enough that it would have tipped off the average citizen to expect what has come about in this country over the past several months (even without the coronavirus, it's being used for political gain). In my opinion.
I'm not as confident as you are that the conservative judges at all levels, and even up to the Supreme Court, are able to stop what's planned by the Democrats, if the Biden-Harris ticket were to win. I'm praying for God's mercy on us.
