2 lbs lean ground beef (I used 80% lean ground chuck) 1 6oz Box of Stove Top Stuffing Any Flavor (I used the Low Sodium Chicken Flavor) 2 Extra large Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine meat, stuffing mix, and eggs in large mixing bowl and blend well.
Press meat mixture into greased 8" x 4" bread loaf pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes or until internal temperature of 160 F is reached.
Optional: During the last 30 minutes of baking, coat top of loaf with tangy BBQ sauce or spicy ketchup.
Edit to add: Since the loaf pan will be very full, I recommend setting it on top of a baking sheet or other oven safe tray to catch any excess grease that cooks out of the loaf pan in order to avoid a mess in the oven.
