Those camels are certainly hard at it! edited to add: Ft. Sill's recycle point has re-opened. I thought it might on June 1st, but it opened up last week, probably on the 21st. Happy for those folks to be back to work - and happy for me to be able to stop throwing away recyclables. Our dinner was delicious. We've cleaned up the kitchen and taken the trash cart to the curb as tomorrow is trash day (Friday trash day was canceled because the city is furloughing employees one day/month ). I'm going to watch Almost Paradise; a kinda kooky dramedy on WGN.

Good morning, Scott, Mel, and Jeanette! Chilly - in the low 60s, but the sun is shining. Supposed to be in the 70s all week, with rain in the forecast for at least the next couple of days. Hope you enjoy that good weather, Mel! Ge'dogg must have slept pretty good - he was up & bouncing around this morning. We're thinking sleeping on that warm waterbed is therapeutic for his arthritis. Can I say it? -- It feels like a Monday!

Advertisers may be getting a little desperate with all this "quarantine" stuff going on. This ad was at the bottom of PF when I opened it up this morning. I'm still chuckling. I may have to check out the site & see what they offer.

I haven't seen it for a couple of weeks now, but a month or so back during the height of the toilet paper shortages, there was one ad that I saw a few times both here and on Facebook that made me do a double take. It was for a washable reusable cloth toilet paper substitute.
This isn't the exact one that I saw the ad for, but it was something along these lines:

I know that this meme is really bad, but with my weird sense of humor it really made me chuckle.

Oh, my goodness! Y'know, that makes me think of cloth baby diapers. I didn't use them, even tho' they were trendy , when DS was born. These family wipes would surely be smaller pieces of cloth that could be washed, just like cloth baby diapers. Hopefully, they're thicker - cloth baby diapers that my mom used for my brother were pretty thin.
I think that steamroller meme is probably pretty doggone accurate.

Well, this is teeny tiny print, but it is interesting. Our Broker's wife put it on facebook early today. I only knew 2 of these words - #'s 3 and 6. But now I know I have Dysania and griffonage.

Greetings! It is another warm sunny day here, but not quite as warm as yesterday. The high is only expected to be in the mid 70s, and then the reat of the week is forecast to be cooler and rainy. Well, this is teeny tiny print, but it is interesting. Our Broker's wife put it on facebook early today. I only knew 2 of these words - #'s 3 and 6. But now I know I have Dysania and griffonage. I knew 3, 6, 8, 18 and 20. Now I want to see someone try to use all of those words in the same sentence.
Edit to add: When I was a kid in grade school, one of my teachers used to make us do an assignment where we would have to write a one page short story in which we had to use all of the words on that week's list of vocabulary/spelling words at least once.

I think I had that same teacher at least one year.
I've spent an hour this morning on the phone with our HOA President, and an insurance agent. The HOA President is a dear friend and we pretty much agree on how to run the HOA so he uses me as a sounding board when issues come up. 2 things right now - should we hold the June board meeting online? and what do we do about the pool this summer? I switched over to the insurance agent when he buzzed in because I really need that office to get to work on quoting two properties for me. (million stories with that office )
Now, I have paperwork to file and one item from the city that I need to call a tenant about . It's always something with tenants.
Hope y'all have a great day!

Good morning! It is a dark and rainy day here with thunder storms forecast for this afternoon and evening. I went to the grocery store early this morning, and for the first time in quite a while I was able to get everything on my list in one trip.
